Pesto Pinwheels

For the office potluck lunch this week I made Pesto Pinwheels. They are a great appetizer.



What you need:
  • crescent rolls
  • pesto
  • roasted red peppers
Lay out the rectangular sections out flat and press the edges so that you can connect the rolls.


A package of crescent rolls will give you 4 rectangles.

Next, spread on the pesto to each rectangle.


Next, cut the red peppers into small pieces and spread them on the rectangles.


All that is left is to roll them up and cut them. Each rectangle should give you 6 sections. Bake them on a ungreased cookie sheet to the instructions on the crescent roll package. Usually about 11 minutes at 350 degrees.
